TICKETS

Can I purchase tickets on-site?: Yes, arrive between 12:00-8:00pm during one of the following dates: March 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 8th, 9th, 10th, 15th, 16th, 17th. You will be directed to scan a QR code to purchase tickets online, or we accept cash. 

Can I reschedule my tickets to another date and time?: Yes. You can change your date/time in person at the venue or click the Email Us button to send us a message with your change. 

Can I arrive earlier than my slot time on ticket?: Yes. There is a lobby area before you enter the installation that we encourage you to hang out in until your slot time starts. 

What happens if I arrive late?: We will get you into the installation as soon as you are ready. You will not be asked to leave the installation at a certain time. You may leave and enter as you wish. 

What happens if I arrive early?: Feel free to hang out in the common space of Flux galleries until your slot time. You may be able to enter the installation early depending on capacity. 

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?: Once you are on the order confirmation page on Ticketleap, click the Add attendee info button and fill out the name and email address of the person you are sending the ticket to. The recipient will receive an email with the ticket you just sent them!

What is your refund policy?: Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund term is agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact Photonic Flux by clicking the refund policy button under the event and clicking contact to send us a message. 

Do I need to print my ticket?: No, the venue will have record of your purchase when you arrive. It is recommended you print your ticket if you had purchasing issues. 

Do you offer discounts?: No discounts will be offered at this time. Special circumstances or events may have exceptions.  

EXPERIENCE

What can I expect from the experience?: Enter into a 360-degree immersive art installation of a new atmospheric world created with mostly recyclable or decomposable materials. 

Where is the experience located? Flux Galleries 512 E 15th St Charlotte, NC 28205

How long is the experience?: The ticketed slot time for 45 minutes refers to your time inside the installation space. Feel free to hang out in the common area at Flux galleries before and/or after your slot time. You will not be kicked out of the installation at the end of your slot time. Please feel free to explore for as long as you would like. 

Can I take photos or record the experience? Yes. We would love to see your photos and videos. Please send to [email protected] or tag us on Instagram @fluxgalleries @superdaftbros @rebeccalippsart. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted. Press and Influencers contact [email protected] 

Are there requirements to enter the installation?: Yes. Visitors are required to remove their shoes or put on shoe covers to prevent harm to the installation floor. 

Will there be strobe lights? Strobe lights are not included in the experience, however, there will be light from projectors and LEDs. Please use your own discretion. 

Will there be food and beverages? No food will be available for purchase on-site during regular ticket times. Limited drinks are available by donation only. 

Will there be restrooms on site?: Facilities are limited due to the venue accommodations and immersive nature of the installation. 

Will there be merchandise for sale?: There will be limited merchandise for sale in the Flux common area. The experience is funded directly by the artists, donations are accepted. 

Are there special events in the installation?: Yes. Check out our events happening on March 9th at 8:00pm, March 10 at 6:30pm and March 15 at 7:00pm. To schedule a special event, showing or group showing please contact us at [email protected].
